Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast. She was also a captain of The US female Olympic gymnastics Team 2012 Fierce Five and in 2016. the Final Five. At the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals in floor and team events, and a bronze medal on the balance beam. The result made her the Olympic gymnast with the highest number of medals. In the 2016 Olympics she won a gold medal at the team competition, earning her and her teammate Gabby Douglas the credit of being as the only Americans to take home back-to-back team golds. Furthermore, she was awarded two silver medals in the floor exercise and individual all-around. The two Olympics she had taken her time from competing during three consecutive years. She was also a part of the gold medal winning American teams at the two World Championships. Her most favorite sport is flooring exercise. The gymnastics training began when she was just two years old. old. Aly is an active member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in honour of her grandmother who passed away due to cancer.
